Open Positions

Medical Receptionist

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones and taking messages, assisting patients with check-in/out, medical records, and chart preparation.

This is a high volume practice that requires strong multi-tasking and data entry skills in a fast paced environment, paying close attention to details, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full time position. Previous experience is preferred.

Hours are Monday-Friday with shifts starting as early as 7:30am and going as late as 5:30pm some evenings.

Ophthalmology Technician

Responsibilities include taking patient histories, data entry into EHR (EMA/Modernizing Medicine), checking patient vision, performing prior authorizations and ophthalmic tests to include tonometry, manual refraction, OCT, Visual Fields, fundus photography and more. This is a full time position. Previous ophthalmic tech experience is required.

Hours are Monday-Friday with shifts starting as early as 7:30am and going as late as 5:30pm some evenings.

Ophthalmology Tester

This individual is responsible for performing diagnostic eye tests including OCT, Visual Field, and fundus photos, etc. This is a hands on, clinical position requiring one on one interaction with patients. This is a full time position. Requirements include, but are not limited to:

* Computer proficiency to include use of an iPad
* Data entry to include patient’s pertinent medical information
* An empathetic personality with concern for patients needs
* Ability to work as a team player
* Ability to work shifts starting as early as 7:30am; ending as late as 5:30pm on some days
* Initiative to train for additional clinical duties
* Ability to perform other administrative or technical duties as needed
* If you don’t have experience, we will train the right person

Part Time Optometrist, preferably 2 days per week, to see cataract surgery post ops. Prior experience seeing post ops preferred.
